Our Commitment to Inclusivity, Diversity and Equity
A sense of belonging is everything. With a foundation of safety and acceptance, people are more likely to get involved, make new friends, and build skills to support their success. Everyone is welcome and being unique is celebrated.
The Boulder Day Nursery Association believes that diversity and equal opportunity are important for the continuing success of our organization and its mission. Boulder Day Nursery Association does not negatively discriminate against individuals based on age, race, color, creed, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, religion, gender, disability, military status, physical or mental ability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender expression/identity or any other protected classification defined at the Federal, State or Local level.
This policy applies to all activities of the organization, and is not limited to employment, selection of volunteers, provision of services, purchasing and selecting of vendors or consultants. The organization defines “negative discrimination” to include (but not necessarily be limited to) denial of services, employment, or volunteer opportunities for any class of individuals in a manner that negatively restricts opportunities to that class of individuals.
